My name is Kacper. I'm 21, I'm a uni student, and I still live with my parents. For years, I was completely lost. I'd watch hours of self-improvement videos on YouTube, download every new productivity app, and convince myself I was making progress. I wasn't.

The habit you missed gets demoted from Constants back to Plan for Tomorrow. Its slot in the Constants column is marked "Reserved" as a visible scar for 7 days. You either earn it back or lose it entirely. There is no forgiveness.
