What happens if I miss a day?
The habit you missed gets demoted from Constants back to Plan for Tomorrow. Its slot in the Constants column is marked "Reserved" as a visible scar for 7 days. You either earn it back or lose it entirely. There is no forgiveness.

Your phone is a distraction machine. Constants is a Command Centre, not a pocket toy. You sit at your desk and do the work. That filter is intentional.
